Shipping Information
We ship our decorative objects, patterned pillows, vases, and other home accents worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions).
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
- Free Shipping: Available via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days after dispatch)
Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your decorative items for shipment.
Our Returns & Exchange Policy
We want you to love every basket, planter, and decorative object as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, we offer returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase is required
- Return requests must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items:
To maintain quality standards, we cannot accept returns for:
- Personalized or custom-made decorative objects
- Opened or used planters & pots (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as final sale during checkout
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your Scandinavian home decor:
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your return request
- Complete the Form: Include the following details:
- Order number
- Item(s) you’re returning
- Reason for return
- For exchanges: your preferred replacement item
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package Securely: Use the original packaging with all protective materials
- Ship Your Return: Use the provided return label (return shipping fees may apply)
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for damaged items)
Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchange Process
For exchanges of pillows, vases, or other decorative items:
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original product
- Price differences will be charged or refunded as needed
- Standard shipping fees apply for the new shipment
Damaged or Defective Items
If your decorative object arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage and packaging
- We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund
