Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • Items must include all tags and original accessories
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the quality of our collections, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made decorative objects
  • Opened or used planters & pots (for hygiene reasons)
  • Final sale items (clearly marked during checkout)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective/damaged items)

Exchange Process

For exchanges:
